    Okay, I'm confused. Is this an app that lets you manipulate your photos (change colour densities, size, etc) on your phone. Kind of like a mini Irfan?

    I doesn't allow you to manipulate size, but it does allow you to manipulate color. Its selling point is that it mimics a dark room. I've never heard of Irfan?
