As expected, I'm beginning to speak a brand new language here.
It's the language of tour guides.
My knowledge is rudimentary at this point, but I'm grasping quickly.
For instance, when the tour guide says "Now we are going to stop at a local factory so you can see how (enter your favourite tchotchke here) is made." This translates to: "Now we are going to stop at a gift shop so you can buy stuff you never knew you wanted until right now, and I can make a percentage off the sales."
