Monday is Junk Mail Day

Is there no way to rotate these pictures?  Seriously? What the hell?  Why can't Blogger be more like Flickr?  You can certainly rotate your pictures on THAT site.  Clearly it's superior.

The more I look at this, the more I pretty much hate it.  I was trying to capture the essence of consumerism and personal psychology via snail mail.

Say you: Say what?

Say me:  Oh come on!  You know how it is: getting the mail every day is a little treat.  It's like a pull at the slot machine of life.  Most of the time it's worthless: bills and junk. But every so often....a check! A postcard! A wedding invitation!  I win!

Today?  I lost all my emotional quarters.  I had 10 separate pieces of mail.  One bill, one checking account statement and the rest was junk.

And it wasn't even photogenic.  ->

You might try using Windows Live Writer...you write & edit your blog post in the program, much more user friendly than ether blogger or wordpress' interfaces, and when you have it the way you want it, you hit post & it pops it into your blog. It also allows you to create posts to be added to a later, scheduled date. I have been using it for years, it's free, and it does make life easier...

Good to know. Thanks, D. Although you can schedule posts for previous or later dates in Blogger too, a feature I've been known to use.

There's another one out there too called Zemanta.

Never heard of that one, but I refuse to blog without Live Writer! All editing done in program...you can go back & edit a post, then re-post using the original date, it's just my fav!
