Dean's birthday is the 28th, so we have a firm No Christmas rule until after then. The kids are floored by how early they see decorations elsewhere -- they've pointed out the city decorations which were up last week and wondered why. I have no answer.

I swear, it's earlier every year Cynthia. Libby commented this past week in the car about the city putting up the wreaths on Main Street.
I have a friend whose birthday is December 27th. She undecorates on the 26th.
